Shipping and Delivery
a. For shipping and delivery of orders within Greece
aa. Delivery Time:
The COMPANY will deliver the products to the USER at the address specified through the partnering courier company within 3-5 days from the day of receiving the second confirmation email.
b. For shipping and delivery of orders except from Greece
baDelivery Time:
i The COMPANY will deliver the products to the USER at the address provided by the USER through the partnering courier company within 10 days from the day of receiving the second confirmation email, if the delivery is to a country within the European zone where the COMPANY is able to ship products and ii. The COMPANY will deliver the products to the USER at the address provided by the USER through the partnering courier company within 10 days from the day of receiving the second confirmation email, if the delivery is to a country outside the European zone where the COMPANY is able to ship products.
c.The COMPANY declares that it bears no responsibility for orders that were sent to an incorrect address without its fault.
11. Order records
Η ΕΠΙΧΕΙΡΗΣΗ ενημερώνει ότι τηρεί ηλεκτρονικό αρχείο των εκάστοτε παραγγελιών, στο οποίο ο ΧΡΗΣΤΗΣ δύναται να έχει πρόσβαση.
12. Δικαιώματα ΧΡΗΣΤΗ
It is expressly agreed that the USER has the right to a replacement of the product or a refund, etc., in accordance with the relevant provisions regarding the sale of articles in Articles 534 et seq. of the Civil Code, adhering to all related rules in case of a defective product or lack of agreed-upon quality, provided this is verified after the returned product is inspected by the COMPANY. Among other requirements, it is necessary to present the sales receipt and the goods in their original packaging.
13. Storage – Printing of Terms
The USER has the option to store and/or print the entirety of the Terms of Sale of this website for transaction security.
